The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, a bit far from the downtown area but generally okay. The rooms were ok, offering not just 2 beds but also a couch and an additional chair and coffee table, with a good bathroom. The service provided by staff was polite and nice, although communication may be a challenge as they are not good with English. The dining experience offered a Japanese breakfast with some contemporary western additions such as cereals and yogurt, and it was average. The hotel is very close to ORIX and offers proximity to rental and train services. The price may be considered a value for money, but the welcoming atmosphere might be improved. The food market beside the hotel is a convenient feature, but the language barrier with staff could be a downside.
